  In the future, the city will be so close to Baiyang Lake that there should be a protective zone. There must be strict management measures, and it is absolutely not allowed to discharge sewage into it, and it is absolutely not allowed to cause human damage.
   
 
 
  The "millennium plan" starts with the "millennium beautiful forest" and strives to continue the beautiful picture of blue and green interweaving and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
Over the past six years, Baiyang Lake has adhered to the "trinity" of water supply, pollution control and flood control, and carried out the largest scale systematic ecological management in history. The water quality has been upgraded from Grade V to Grade III, and there are 252 species of wild birds, 46 more than before the establishment of the new area... "Six years ago, villagers gathered together to imagine the future of their hometown. Now everyone has eaten ecological food and lived a good life," said Zhao Wenxiang, deputy secretary of the Party branch of Zhaozhuangzi Village in the deep of Baiyang Lake District.
"World vision, international standards, Chinese characteristics, high point positioning, adhering to a blueprint to the end, and participating in the planning of Xiong'an is the most important part of my career." Yin Huiliang, executive vice president of China Academy of Urban Planning and Design Xiong'an Research Institute, sighed with emotion.
More than 60 academicians, over 200 domestic and international teams, and over 3500 experts and technical personnel have participated in the preparation of the new district planning system; Under the guidance of the Planning Outline of Xiong'an in Hebei Province, the "1+4+N" planning system has gradually taken shape, laying a solid foundation for the New District to steadily undertake the non capital functions of Beijing and achieve high standard planning and high-quality construction.

At 6:50 in the morning, a high-speed train named Fuxing slowly left Xiong'an railway station and sped all the way to Beijing, the capital. At dawn, Xiong'an railway station, a silver gray building in the shape of water drops, is as beautiful as a dew drop on the lotus leaves of Baiyang Lake Lake.
Yang Bin was the commander of the Beijing–Xiong'an intercity railway Construction Headquarters. In a video he treasures, 'Qinglian Dewdrops' is still a construction site.

Its starting date is set to April 1, 2017- the day when "Xiong'an" was first known to the public. On the base of the 'millennium wheel', there are eight golden characters engraved - 'The millennium plan begins in the present'. The gears keep rotating, recording the trajectory of historical progress.
