In 2009, China Agricultural University explored the establishment of a small academy of science and technology in Quzhou County, Hebei Province, and sent agricultural graduate students to the front line of agricultural production. On the basis of completing knowledge and theoretical learning, it studied and solved practical problems in agricultural and rural development, trained high-level agricultural talents, and served agricultural and rural modernization. At present, the school has established 139 science and technology academies in 91 counties, districts, and banners in 24 provinces and cities across the country.
